The commercial hearing aid market is incredibly complex for potential customers to navigate. Claim and counter claim about the latest wonder product abound. Quite apart from this, there still exist some dispensers in the profession whose sales tactics are dubious at best, shameful at worst.

You may not be aware that many high street chains are tied to or owned by a particular hearing aid manufacturing company, severely curtailing the range of devices their dispensers can offer. In these circumstances, a recommendation will inevitably be biased without necessarily taking your best interests into account.

Like all dispensers we are governed by the Hearing Aid Council, however we further subscribe to the National Committee of Professionals in Audiology 'Ethical Guidelines for Commercial Dispensing of Hearing Aids in Association with the NHS' and Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust private patient policy, both entirely voluntarily. As experienced audiologists within the NHS also, we are best placed to compare both sectors and will never sell a hearing aid to an individual who would be equally served by an NHS device.

Our hearing aids are dispensed with a 60 day no quibble 100% refund agreement, during which time (and beyond!) we are available for as many review appointments as you need. We do not deduct any bogus laboratory costs from your refund if you then wish to return your device. Throughout the standard 2 year warranty period of the hearing aid you are welcome to visit whenever advice or fine tuning are needed - all at no extra cost. The entire process from first assessment to fitting can take less than two weeks if speed is of the essence.
